Below you will find a brief description of all events and activities PCA-SDR related. In addition, if you would like more information please click through any of the titles to receive a more in depth and complete coverage of the topic.

Performance Driving School - These three-day events take place twice a year. They include an evening classroom session, a full day of car control exercises designed to safely teach students the limits of their cars, and a full-day track session to practice what you have learned.

Time Trial & DE School - Timed, competitive driving events emphasizing vehicle handling and driving skill. The track is marked out with cones. No passing is allowed. Free instruction is provided at every event.

Autocrosses - Timed, competitive driving events emphasizing vehicle handling and driving skill. The track is marked out with cones. No passing is allowed. Free instruction is provided at every event.

Drivers Education (DE) - Higher speed, non-competitive events. The next step after Autocross. Continuous lapping with restricted passing. Free instruction is provided at every event.

Time Trials - Higher speed, timed competitive events. Similar to a DE, but with the added thrill of timed competition. Free instruction is provided at every event.

Club Racing
– Wheel-to-wheel racing for qualified drivers, just like the professionals.

Rallies
- Time, Speed, Distance Rallies, in which teams follow written instructions, attempting to arrive at specified locations precisely on time.

Tours - One day (sometimes longer) non-competitive driving events, usually with a theme such as wine, photo, poker, etc. There is usually a group of Porsches exploring some really fun back roads, often ending up at a surprise destination.

Concours - These are events where Porsches are displayed and judged for cleanliness and originality in several different classes, three of which are: Wash & Shine - Show off your car. Only the exterior and interior are judged for cleanliness. Street Concours - Everything is judged except the underside of the car. Full Concours - Every part of the car is judged, including the underside.

Tech Sessions - Monthly meetings at local shops to teach members about the systems and components of their cars, including how to maintain and repair them, and to establish contacts with local businesses that provide parts and services for Porsches. Examples include paint & body, detailing, maintenance, and repair shops.

Social - Fun get-togethers where we socialize with some of our favorite people and good friends. These can be pot-luck or catered, at local establishments or in members homes. Whatever the plan, they are fun, fun, fun.
